Michelle Rhino

Michelle Rhino joined Lee & Associates in 2018 and played a key role in opening the first Lee office in Raleigh, North Carolina. Michelle brings a rich and diverse background from her small business & non-profit sector to her current role. She drives the day to day operations by working with team members to perform finance and administrative activities from inception to execution. Michelle’s exceptional organizational and project management skills and the ability to create streamlined systems has helped the Lee Raleigh office grow at such a rapid pace. Michelle has a passion for business development, client management, solving critical issues, and implementing better systems and processes to increase productivity within an organization.

Prior to her time at Lee & Associates, Michelle spent 10 years in the nonprofit sector. She worked in Institutional fundraising and was responsible for coordinating planning and successfully implementing a multi-million annual development program, capital and endowment campaigns.
