Nathan Weber

Nathan Weber is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Director of Government Services at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services since March 2017, where responsibilities include consulting on federal and state lease procurements and providing project management services for lease winners. As a Principal at W Holdings since January 2016, Nathan has focused on real estate operating company formation in Latin America, particularly in Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico. Previously, from January 2008 to December 2015, Nathan was the Managing Principal at Latin America Realty Partners. Additional experience includes serving as GM of Sales and Finance at Outlaw Fisheries from 2010 to December 2012, and working in international investments and capital markets at Podolsky NorthStar CORFAC International from December 2005 to December 2007. Nathan holds an MBA from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management (2003-2005), and a B.A. in International Studies and Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (1997-2000).
