Peter Braus

Peter Braus, Managing Principal and co-founder of Lee & Associates NYC, has been involved in the ownership and brokerage of real estate for over 25 years, specializing in the strategic repositioning of significant retail assets on behalf of owners and developers. He graduated from Emory University and completed his MBA at Columbia University. Braus serves on the Retail Committe for the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Real Estate Services Alliance (RESA). He has been involved in a wide variety of sales and leasing transactions and currently represents numerous owners and tenants, including M&T Bank, City Winery, Taconic Investment Partners and Blackstone. He won the 2019 REBNY Retail Deal of the Year Award for his representation of City Winery.
