Roland Weathers

Roland Weathers is an experienced IT Director with a strong background in analyzing business needs and recommending technical solutions. Currently serving as IT Director for Houston and DFW at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services since January 2016, Roland ensures the consistency and maintainability of applications through the establishment of standards and procedures.
