Kelly Nelson Sphr (She/Her)

Kelly Nelson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP (She/Her) has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Kelly is currently working at Lee Auto Malls as the Human Resource Director since March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resource Manager at Lee Auto Malls from June 2010 to March 2022.

Before joining Lee Auto Malls, Kelly worked as a Human Resource Manager at Legacy Publishing Company from 2009 to 2010. Kelly also gained experience as a Human Resource Generalist at Lee Auto Malls in 2008.

Kelly began their career in human resources as a Recruiter at VIP Parts, Tires and Service from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they worked as an EC/Recruiter at Support Solutions from 2005 to 2007.

Kelly'searly career started at Manpower, where they held the role of Branch Manager from 1996 to 2005.

Throughout their career, Kelly Nelson has demonstrated their capability and expertise in the human resources field, progressing from various roles to their current position as a Human Resource Director at Lee Auto Malls.

Kelly Nelson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP (She/Her) obtained their Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating in 2019. In terms of additional certifications, they acquired the "Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification" from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in June 2017. In January 2015, they obtained the "SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional)" certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Prior to that, they earned the "Senior Professional in Human Resources" certification from HRCI in June 2013, and the "Professional in Human Resources" certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2008.
