Melissa Wilson

Melissa Wilson, PHR, SHRM-CP serves as the Director of People Operations at Lee Company since February 2017, where strategic leadership is provided on transformational projects focused on optimizing talent and enhancing workforce retention. Previous roles at Lee Company include Senior Manager of People Operations and Senior Manager of HRIS (Workday), where Melissa was responsible for the strategic direction of people-related systems. Prior to joining Lee Company, Melissa held the position of HRIS Manager at Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc., successfully implementing Workday. Melissa began the HR career at Correct Care Solutions as an HRIS Analyst and HR Project Manager, after roles as a Recruiting Coordinator and HR Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
