Kelly Shepard

Kelly Shepard has a diverse work experience in the accounting field. Kelly started their career as an Audit Intern at Boulay, Heutmaker, Zibell & Co. P.L.L.P. in 2009. Kelly then became an Audit Associate at the same company from 2010 to 2011. Kelly later joined Pittard Perry & Crone, Inc. as an Accountant from 2011 to 2013. At Pate Dawson Company, they worked as a Senior Accountant from 2013 to 2014 and as an Accounting Manager from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they are working at Lee Enterprises where they have held various roles including Senior Staff Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, Central Finance Center Controller, Regional Finance Director, and Senior Director of General and Central Accounting. Their current position at Lee Enterprises is Senior Director of Operational Accounting, which they have held since 2022.

Kelly Shepard attended Minnesota State University, Mankato from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. In 2007, they briefly attended Bond University.
