Shahid Ali has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Shahid most recently worked at Lee Enterprises as the Director of User Experience, where they played a key role in providing local news and information through digital products and advertising platforms. Prior to that, Shahid was a Senior Manager of User Experience & Capabilities at Direct Energy Business, where they helped customers manage their energy costs through innovative products and services. Shahid also served as the Director of Customer Experience at Sunnova, a solar power company, and as a Senior Director of Consumer Experience at Allconnect, a multi-channel marketplace. Earlier in their career, Shahid held roles at WhiteFence as a Sr. Manager of Consumer Experience, Manager of Product Marketing, and Sr. Optimization Analyst. Shahid began their career at Washington Mutual as a Financial Representative. Throughout their professional journey, Shahid has gained expertise in user experience, customer experience, and consumer services.
