Bambi Bailey, BSN, RN, COHN-S COHC, currently serves as the Director of Employee Health at Lee Health, with a tenure starting in March 2021. Prior to this role, Bambi held the position of SVP - COO at Nightingales Nursing and Attendants and served as the Manager of Safety, Health, Environmental, and Occupational Health at BAE Systems, Inc.
