Gary Saul

Gary Saul currently holds the position of Chief Officer for Learning Inclusion at Leeds City Council, a role commenced in January 2024. Prior to this, Gary served as a SEND Consultant at both Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Birmingham City Council from January 2022 to January 2024 and December 2020 to January 2022, respectively. Additionally, Gary was the Interim Head of SEND at Birmingham City Council and Bradford Metropolitan District Council between December 2020 and December 2020, and April 2019 to December 2020. Earlier in the career, Gary worked as a SEN Review Officer at Barnsley Council from September 2014 to April 2019.
