John Ebo has significant experience in public service and human resources, currently serving as Head of HR EDI at Leeds City Council since June 2006. In previous roles, John has held positions including Head Of HR Projects (Diversity) and Deputy Head Of Service, focusing on operational delivery and strategic matters. Additionally, John contributed to the West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership as Assistant Director, working on the Improving Population Health Programme from November 2020 to April 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Town Centre Manager and BIDS Project Director at Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council, where John successfully developed a Business Improvement District that generated £3.5 million for local regeneration initiatives. John Ebo holds an MSc in Public Policy & Management from Birkbeck, University of London, obtained between 2003 and 2005.
