Margarita Gomez Escalada is a Senior Lecturer at Leeds Trinity University since December 2022, following a 15-year tenure as a Lecturer at Leeds Beckett University from January 2007 to December 2022. Prior to this, Margarita spent nearly a year as a Post-doctoral research fellow at Kent State University from November 2005 to September 2006. Margarita holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Microbiology from Cardiff University, completed between 1999 and 2000.
