Cari Borisuk

Cari Borisuk, MBA, serves as a Senior Lecturer at Coastal Carolina University since August 2013, specializing in global business education and leading study abroad programs for students across various European cities and northern Africa. Recognized with multiple awards, including Professor of the Year for 2023-2024 and the Colonel Lindsey H. Vereen Teaching Impact Award, Cari has also contributed significantly to university governance through various committee appointments. In addition, Cari holds the position of Executive Director at the CoBE Institute and maintains a successful role as a Superhost on Airbnb, managing a rental portfolio with a focus on guest experience. Previous experience includes consulting, managing sales and marketing teams at The Sun News and Southern Smokehouse, and early career achievements in sales at Marriott Vacation Club and The Southwestern Company. Cari is pursuing a DBA in Strategic Management at the University of Michigan-Flint, building upon an MBA and a BBA in Marketing from The University of Georgia.
