Nat Milton

Nat Milton has a diverse work experience in the field of biomedical sciences, with a focus on Alzheimer's disease research. They have held various roles at different institutions and companies. Nat Milton's most recent position is Associate Professor and Academic Lead in Biomedical Science at Leeds Trinity University, starting in 2022. Before that, they were the Founder and Director of NeuroDelta Ltd, a biotechnology company specializing in Alzheimer's disease research and development. They have also worked as a Principal Lecturer in Biomedical Sciences at Leeds Beckett University, conducting research in amyloid peptide pharmacology and Alzheimer's drug discovery. Prior to that, they were a Senior Lecturer in Human Physiology at the University of Westminster. Nat Milton has also worked at the University of Roehampton, University College London, the University of Newcastle, and the Royal Victoria Infirmary in various research and teaching roles related to Alzheimer's disease and biochemistry.

Nat Milton obtained a PhD in Neuroendocrinology from the University of London between 1987 and 1990. In 2007 and 2008, they pursued a postgraduate certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education with a focus on Bioentrepreneurship teaching at the University of Roehampton. Prior to that, between 1982 and 1987, Nat completed their Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with honours in Zoology at The University of Edinburgh.
