Amy Tennis

Amy Tennis is an experienced professional in compensation, benefits, and human resources information systems, currently serving as System Director Compensation Benefits and HRIS at Munson Healthcare since September 2007. Amy also holds the position of Board Chair at Leelanau Conservancy and is a Founding Member of the Michigan Hop Alliance. As an entrepreneur, Amy owns New Mission Organics, focusing on organic hops. Previous roles include President of the Board of Directors at Oryana Natural Foods Market and various management positions in compensation and benefits at ODL Incorporated, Herman Miller, and Grand Valley State University. Amy earned an MBA in Technology & Innovation from Grand Valley State University and a BSBA in Business Management from Davenport University.
