Ajay Agarwal

Ajay Agarwal is the Head of Pre-Sales & Delivery at Leena AI. Prior to joining Leena AI, Ajay served as the Director of Professional Services at Whatfix from May 2020 to February 2022. Before Whatfix, Ajay was with Benbree Business Solutions.

Ajay began their career in 2001 as a Marketing Manager with Grasim Industries Ltd. Ajay then moved to L & T Infotech Ltd in 2004, where they worked as a Lead Consultant until 2008. That year, they joined Infosys as a Principal Consultant and spent the next 11 years with the company. In February 2012, Ajay left Infosys to join Lloyds Register as a Solution Architect. Ajay remained with Lloyds Register for four years before joining Telstra in February 2016 as a Solution Architect. Ajay left Telstra in November 2011 and joined Gemalto in February 2016 as a Solutions Architect. Ajay spent the next three years with Gemalto before leaving in October 2019 to join Whatfix as the Director of Professional Services.

Ajay Agarwal has a postgraduate diploma in marketing and systems from SDM-IMD, Mysore. Ajay also has a bachelor's degree in industrial production from B V B College of Engineering and Technology, Hubli. In addition, they have various certifications from Trailhead, LinkedIn, and Whatfix.

They work with Abhishek Bansal - VP, Leena Engage, Pravin Gandhi - Delivery Head, and Sanya Nagpal - Head of Human Resources. Ajay Agarwal reports to Adit Jain, Co-Founder & CEO.
