Chirayu is most proud of their work in shifting the focus of the organization from customer acquisition to customer retention, and from customer support to customer success.

Chirayu Akotiya studied Electronics and Communications Engineering at Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya before completing their high school education at Advanced Academy and Central India Academy.
