Robert Kowalczyk

Robert Kowalczyk, MBA, LSSBB, currently serves as the Senior Director of Manufacturing Engineering at LEER Group since September 2024. Previously, Robert held the position of Director of Quality & Operational Excellence at REV Recreation Group, where responsibilities included overseeing quality, manufacturing engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives, earning recognition in RV PRO Magazine's 40 under 40 Class of 2023. Robert's experience includes roles such as Operational Excellence Manager at Goldshield Fiberglass, Quality Manager and Materials Manager, Quality Engineer, and Production Group Leader across various companies. Robert holds a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Vocal Performance from Heidelberg University.
