Ted Henry

Ted Henry currently serves as the Part-Time Chaplain in Extension Ministry at Lees-McRae College while also holding the position of Senior Pastor at Banner Elk United Methodist Church. Their prior experience includes roles such as Outreach Coordinator for the Avery County Missional Network and Senior Pastor at Linville/Pisgah UMC Charge. Ted Henry has a diverse background in both ministry and business, having co-owned a thermal infrared imaging company and directed operations at Albertsons. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lees-McRae College and theological studies at Duke Divinity School, further complemented by life experiences termed as a PhD from the School of Hard Knocks.
