Annemarie Groenendaal

Annemarie Groenendaal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching, consulting, and psychology. Currently serving as a Partner at ACT2Grow since January 2018, Annemarie collaborates with Marin Kramer to enhance individual and team growth by addressing both personal and group dynamics. Annemarie also holds the position of Chair at Vrouwelijke Ondernemers Leidsche Rijn since March 2023 and works as a Freelance Advisor at Leeuwendaal and an E-coach at Het Begint met Taal. Prior experience includes roles as a Psychologist, Coach, E-coach, and Consultant at Quiris Adviesgroep bv from 2007 to 2018, where Annemarie specialized in advising management and HR professionals on selection and development issues. Annemarie's earlier career includes a consultancy role in recruitment and selection at TopStart from 1996 to 2004.
