Elly Notenboom

Elly Notenboom has been a Project Leader and Senior Advisor at Leeuwendaal since January 1996, focusing on talent development and career guidance for individuals. As Head of Interim Management, Elly collaborates with governmental, healthcare, and educational organizations to identify necessary staff qualities and source temporary interim managers and specialists. In the role of Head of the Psychology Advisory Group, Elly assists organizations in aligning employees with the right positions while fostering staff development. Previously, Elly served as a Senior Assessment and Career Psychologist at RPD Advies from December 1989 to December 1995. Elly holds a degree in psychology from Leiden University and has pursued a post-doctoral program in Selection Psychology, with NIP registration in Work and Organizational Psychology valid until March 2025.
