Eva Goudswaard

Eva Goudswaard is currently engaged as a Projectmedewerker HR a.i. at DICA and as an HR Trainee at Leeuwendaal Bruist, where a focus is placed on developing young professionals in public HR. Notable past experiences include an internship at GGz Breburg in forensic care, serving as a junior people management consultant at Nolost, and contributing to research at the Nederlands Instituut voor Forensische Psychiatrie en Psychologie. Leadership skills were demonstrated as the chair of a participation association, overseeing governance and training initiatives, along with involvement in research related to longstay TBS patients during an internship at Fivoor. Eva holds two Master's degrees in Klinische Forensische Psychologie and Work & Organizational Psychology from Tilburg University, complemented by participation in the Outreaching Honors Program.
