Iris Peek has extensive experience in organizational consultancy and project management, currently serving as a Programmamanager / Projectleider at Leeuwendaal since March 2011, where responsibilities include leading large-scale learning and development projects. Prior to this, Iris held the position of Organisatieadviseur / projectleider, providing advisory services on organizational development issues and functioning as an HRM Business Partner. From September 2007 to February 2011, Iris worked at Alons & Partners Consultancy bv, delivering various HRM-focused projects for government and educational institutions in roles such as project leader, advisor, trainer, and process facilitator. Notably, Iris served as Deelprojectleider E-HRM at the Ministry of VROM, managing the implementation of E-HRM across policy divisions. Iris holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s in Public Administration and Management from Utrecht University, as well as a Post-HBO certification in Reward and Format Management from Hogeschool Leiden.
