Lauren Dikmans

Lauren Dikmans is an experienced professional in the fields of diversity, equity, inclusion, and human resources. Currently serving as the Coordinator for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Leeuwendaal since October 2020, Lauren is responsible for strategic planning and organizing educational initiatives. Previous roles include Talent and Career Advisor, Interim Human Resources Consultant, and various project leadership positions, where expertise in employee engagement, recruitment, and HR process optimization was demonstrated. Lauren has a strong educational background with a Master's degree in Social and Organisational Psychology from Leiden University and practical experience spanning across multiple organizations, focusing on HR management, coaching, and support for individuals with diverse needs.
