Lauren Dikmans is an experienced professional in the fields of diversity, equity, inclusion, and human resources. Currently serving as the Coordinator for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Leeuwendaal since October 2020, Lauren is responsible for strategic planning and organizing educational initiatives.
