Adrianne Hosein, MPA has extensive experience in the field of community housing and healthcare. Adrianne worked as the Director of Community Housing at Northern Virginia Family Service, where they managed several housing contracts and oversaw a budget of $13M. Prior to that, they served as a Project Manager at Montefiore Health System, specifically in the Bronx Accountable Healthcare Network (BAHN), where they coordinated care and services for Bronx residents. Adrianne also worked as an Education Administrator and Patient Educator at Montefiore Health System, focusing on community workforce programs and housing initiatives. Adrianne started their career at BronxWorks, where they held various roles, including Program Coordinator for Homelessness Prevention & Relocation Support Services, Senior Specialist for the Family Rewards Program, and Case Manager for the Family Eviction Prevention Supplement (FEPS) and Emergency Needs for the Homeless programs. Adrianne Hosein, MPA has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from John Jay College (CUNY). Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Criminal Justice from Virginia Union University.
In addition to their degrees, Adrianne has obtained several certifications. These include the "Revive Opioid Overdose & Naloxone Education for Virginia" certification from the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services in June 2023. Adrianne also holds the "IS-00520 Introduction to Continuity of Operations Planning for Pandemic Influenzas" certification from FEMA, obtained in December 2021. In November 2020, Adrianne obtained the "IS-2905 Certificate: Coordinating Health and Social Services Recovery" and "IS-552 Certificate: The Public Works Role In Emergency Management" certifications, both from FEMA.
Furthermore, Adrianne has completed "The Momentum Workshop" by Momentum Education in January 2019. Adrianne also holds an "Opioid Overdose Prevention Certificate" from NYC Health + Hospitals, obtained in 2018. Additionally, in November 2017, Adrianne completed the "Behavioral Health/Criminal Justice Certificate Program" from the Center for Urban Community Services | CUCS.
