Maaike Rutten

Maaike Rutten is a certified management consultant (CMC) and organization expert with extensive experience in organization design, development, and strategic HRM. Since March 2011, Maaike has served as Manager Ontwikkeling en Innovatie and Senior organisatieadviseur/projectleider SHRM en organisatieontwikkeling at Leeuwendaal, where guidance is provided to both public and private sector organizations in achieving strategic goals. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Consultant and Organisatieadviseur at Alons & Partners Consultancy bv from January 2008 to February 2011, and HR Advisor at Guerrilla from June 2005 to January 2008. Maaike holds a Post Graduate Opleiding Management Consultant degree from the University of Amsterdam, a Bachelor's degree in Personeel en Arbeid from Tilburg University, and a VWO diploma from Erasmus College Zoetermeer.
