Marcel van der Togt

Marcel Van Der Togt is an experienced trainer, coach, and mobility advisor with a diverse background in project management, sports training, and organizational development. Currently employed at Leeuwendaal since October 2008, Marcel manages team training sessions for a municipal organization, impacting 820 employees through the development of core competencies. As a sports trainer and mental coach since January 1989, Marcel has expanded expertise in performance optimization. Previous roles include manager of top-level swimming and talent development at KNZB, project manager at KPN Telecom, and independent trainer/coach serving a varied clientele in the business sector.
