Stef de Boer

Stef de Boer is currently serving as a Projectleider a.i. at Zaans Medisch Centrum since April 2024 and as an HR Trainee bij Leeuwendaal Bruist since September 2023, participating in a two-year program designed to cultivate young academics into HR professionals in the public sector. In addition, Stef held the role of HR Projectadviseur a.i. at Rechtbank Midden-Nederland from September 2023 to March 2024 and worked as a medewerker bediening at Bar Biefstro DAAN from April 2023 to September 2023. Leadership experience includes serving as Voorzitter Raad van Advies, Secretaris Raad van Bestuursvoordracht, and Secretaris Introductiecommissie for Studievereniging Perikles from September 2020 to September 2023. Previous positions also feature bedrijfsleider at La Cubanita and medewerker bediening at Proeflokaal Bregje Franchise. Stef's educational background includes a Master of Science in Strategisch Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Bestuurs- en Organisatiewetenschap, both from Utrecht University, as well as a Gymnasium degree from Ashram College.
