Matt Seale

Matt Seale is a seasoned finance and operations executive with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Non Executive Chairman at LEF Ltd and Executive Shareholder and Finance Director at Tarpon Power & Control, Matt is also the Group Finance Director at Paradox Energy Holdings Limited. Previous roles include General Manager for the MENA region at PTW Energy Services and Finance Director/CFO at KENTECH International Limited, where Matt oversaw operations across multiple countries. Matt's career began at Mazars Group as an Audit Supervisor, culminating in pivotal finance roles at Halliburton and KBR, Inc. with a BA (Hons) in Finance & Accounting from the University of Brighton.
