Cristina Prado Mel

Cristina Prado Mel has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Cristina worked at Lefties as the Head of designer womenswear circular knit & NOW collection, where they began in May 2023. Prior to that, they were a Woven fashion designer at Lefties from August 2018 to July 2023. From June 2015 to August 2018, they served as a Circular knit fashion designer at Lefties. Before their time at Lefties, they worked as a Fashion Designer at SUITEBLANCO from December 2013 to June 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Costume director for promoconcert in April 2012 and as an Assistant Fashion Designer at Yono Taola from October 2011 to March 2012.

Cristina Prado Mel pursued their education starting in 2004 at Universidad de Granada, where they received their Bachelor's degree in Art History in 2009. During this time, they developed a strong foundation in the study of art. Following their degree, from 2008 to 2011, they attended IED Madrid, focusing on fashion and textile design. This experience allowed their to explore their creativity and develop skills in design within the fashion and textile industry.
