Biridiana Sosa

Biridiana Sosa, MBA, has a strong background in operations management and administration. Biridiana has held various roles throughout their career, including Director of Site Operations at Legacy Community Health, where they managed site operations and led integration projects for Legacy departments. Biridiana also worked as an Operations Analyst, overseeing marketing aspects and onboarding training for the School Based Health Care Program. Prior to their time at Legacy, Biridiana served as an Administrative Assistant at Grant Me the Wisdom Foundation, responsible for organizing paperwork and handling private information. Biridiana also gained experience as an Intern at The Outpatient, where they developed policies and procedures, created templates and translated documents. Biridiana began their career at KIPP Houston Public Schools as an Assistant Office Manager, managing daily operations, handling student records, and supervising summer interns.

Biridiana Sosa, MBA, completed their education at Lamar University. From 2004 to 2009, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
