Michael Lanoue

Michael Lanoue is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as Associate Director and Site Leader at Campbell's since October 2018, Michael is responsible for all aspects of the Tualatin plant operation. Previous roles include Plant Manager at Divert, where Michael led the successful startup of the first food-waste-to-energy plant on the West Coast, and various managerial positions, including Sr. Manager of Operations & OpEx, at General Mills. Michael's experience encompasses strategic leadership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence, underpinned by a strong educational foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Management from the University of Minnesota.
