Jayson Chitwood-Patton

Jayson Chitwood-Patton, CSM, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital solutions and software application development. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Digital Solutions at Legacy Community Health, Jayson has also held significant roles including Vice President of Software Applications & Solution Delivery and Interim Chief Information Officer. Previously, as Principal Consultant and CEO of Vytl LLC, Jayson demonstrated leadership in consulting, and in earlier positions such as Senior Vice President at BickHealth and Vice President at Kindred Healthcare and RehabCare, Jayson contributed to advancements in rehab systems and information services.
