Jay D. Rosenblum

Jay Rosenblum is the president and CEO of Sutin, Thayer & Browne. He practices primarily in the areas of business and tax law, including corporate, employee benefits and tax matters. His corporate and business practice concentrates on mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions, and general corporate formation and governance matters. He has lectured extensively to numerous New Mexico businesses and legal organizations.
