Elise Phelps

Elise Phelps is an experienced clinical pharmacist currently serving as an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist at Legacy Health since June 2024. Prior to this role, Elise held the position of clinical pharmacist at Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center and Foundation from October 2016 to June 2024.
