Karen Cook

Karen Cook is an experienced pharmacist with over a decade of service at Southcoast Health, currently serving as an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacist since October 2011. In this role, Karen provides ongoing medication management and healthcare services to patients in outpatient settings, collaborating with healthcare providers to manage chronic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Previous positions include Clinical Inpatient Pharmacist and Inpatient Pharmacist, where responsibilities included managing medication therapies and supervising sterile product operations. Karen's career also includes experience as a Staff Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy from June 2001 to October 2014. Karen holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, earned between 2001 and 2007.
