Jason Carr

Jason Carr is a highly experienced Physician Assistant specializing in reconstructive surgery, currently employed at Legacy Health since October 2014. Carr has previously worked at OHSU | Oregon Health & Science University in plastic and reconstructive surgery from November 2011 to April 2014, and at Northwest Acute Care Specialists in emergency medicine from December 2009 to October 2012. Prior to these roles, Carr served as a flight paramedic with Flight for Life of Colorado from November 2004 to April 2007 and as a paramedic at Denver Health from November 1998 to April 2004. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah School of Medicine (2007-2009) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Metropolitan State University of Denver (2001-2005). Additionally, Carr has pursued EMT Paramedic certification through Mt. San Antonio College, starting in April 1991 and continuing to the present.
