Jeff Barber

Jeff Barber, DrPH, MBA, MSMS, LFACHE, has extensive experience in healthcare leadership and consulting. Serving as the principal of Jeff Barber and Associates since November 2012, Barber offers health care consulting and board services. Board member roles include positions at Legacy Health and PacificSource Health Plans. Notable past leadership positions include President and CEO of Owensboro Health and Kentucky BioProcessing, where Barber achieved recognition for quality and developed academic programs, and President and CEO of North Mississippi Health Services, the largest non-metropolitan health system in the U.S. Other previous roles include Chief Administrative Officer at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System and Chief Executive Officer at R.E. Thomason Hospital. Barber holds multiple degrees, including a DrPH in Health Services Administration, and is a Lifetime Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
