Shiven Gandhi

Shiven Gandhi is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Controller at Legacy Group Capital, LLC since May 2021, managing two residential real estate funds with over $175 million in assets under management (AUM). Prior to this role, Shiven worked as an Accounting Contractor at Mitsubishi International Corp, focusing on trade and non-trade accounting and process improvements. Shiven also held the position of Director of Fund Accounting at Fay Servicing, LLC, overseeing mortgage loan-based funds and delivering in-depth financial analyses for investors. Earlier experience includes managing Real Estate Funds at AIG Global Real Estate, where Shiven coordinated audits and regulatory reviews, and serving as an Accountant, facilitating communication of fund performance to the CFO. Shiven holds an MBA in International Business and Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BS in Management Information Systems and Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
