Udayakanthan Sivalingam, known as Ushan, has extensive experience in operations and client services within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at Legacy Health LLC since February 2019, Udayakanthan has progressed through various roles including Manager of Operations and Assistant Manager - Operations. Prior experience at MediGain from February 2012 to February 2019 involved leading a 20-member team to enhance profitability and optimize operations for 11 clients, along with managing multiple accounts to maintain and improve key performance indicators.
