Max Africk

Max Africk serves as General Counsel at Legacy Housing Corporation since March 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Attorney at King & Spalding from February 2021 to March 2023, PETRILLO KLEIN & BOXER LLP from December 2019 to January 2021, and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from September 2017 to October 2019. Max also gained valuable experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. Courts of Appeals from August 2016 to August 2017 and at the United States District Court from August 2015 to August 2016. Max holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from The University of Texas at Austin (2012 - 2015) and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2008 - 2012).
