Stephanie Koontz

As a recent transplant from Scottsdale, Arizona, Stephanie Koontz was a Development Controller for one of the largest multi-family developers in metro Phoenix. Her deep experience in the construction industry with exposure in retail, office and multi-family development as well as property management, lends itself to the exciting ventures that Legacy Communities has to offer. Stephanie is a graduate from the University of Arizona in Finance and has her Masters in Accountancy. She has two grown daughters and three rescue dogs that she spends her time with exploring what Austin has to offer.
