Dennis J. Hazlett

Dennis J. Hazlett has worked in various executive roles in the mechanical construction industry. Dennis J. is currently the Executive Vice President at Legacy Mechanical, Inc., starting in April 2023. From 2018 to 2023, they served as the President & CEO of Trautman & Shreve, Inc., where they provided leadership and change management to turnaround the firm. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Development at U.S. Engineering Company from 2013 to 2018, responsible for the growth of the Service & Special Projects division. Dennis J. also worked as a Market Development Manager at Johnson Controls from 2012 to 2013, and as a Sales Executive at Tolin Mechanical Systems from 2008 to 2012.

Dennis J. Hazlett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado, which they obtained from 1987 to 1991. Dennis J. furthered their education at Colorado State University, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Organizational Leadership from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, Dennis attended Thayer Leadership in 2019, where they received an Executive Leadership degree, and they also took a course in Executive Leadership at Babson College in 2018.
