Paula Rutledge is a seasoned professional in the medical device recruitment and sales industry, with a career spanning over three decades. As the Founder and Medical Device Recruiter at Legacy MedSearch since February 2005, Rutledge has been recognized as part of the "Forbes Best Executive Recruiting Firm" from 2019 to 2024. In addition, Rutledge serves on the Board of Directors for both the Alzheimer's Association® (Central and North Florida Chapter) and STRIPES, an organization focused on advancing women in the MedTech field, reflecting a commitment to social impact and gender equality. Previous experience includes significant roles at leading companies such as GE Healthcare, Zimmer Spine, Synthes, and Johnson & Johnson, specializing in various aspects of medical device sales.
