Phil Schector

Phil Schector is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Legacy Partners since July 2021, Phil has previously held significant roles such as Director of Operations & Financial Loss Control and Senior Operations Regional Manager at GHP Management from January 2010 to August 2019. Phil's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President and Assistant General Manager at Oakwood Worldwide from 1989 to 2008, as well as General Manager at Prime Hospitality Hotels from January 1985 to January 1989, where oversight included upscale hotels and banquet facilities in the Northern NJ/NY metro areas. Phil graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 1984.
