Troy Ballard has a diverse background in construction and development, with extensive experience in project management and operational engineering. Currently serving as Vice President of Development at Legacy Partners, with previous roles as Construction Manager at CFC Construction and Director of Construction at The Picerne Group. Prior to their civilian career, Troy served in the US Navy as a SEABEE - CB.
