Rhonda Hohl, SPHR has an extensive background in human resources and executive search. Rhonda currently serves as the Vice President of People Solutions at Legacy Restaurant Group LLC. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Principal of H+H Advisory Services, LLC. Rhonda also gained valuable experience as the Managing Partner & Advisory Services Co-Founder at David Ulrich & Associates Executive Search & Advisory Services.
Before transitioning into executive search, Rhonda worked at KBP Foods for 10 years, where they held the position of Director of HR, Talent Acquisition & Employment Services. During their time at KBP Foods, they played a vital role in the company's rapid growth and success.
Prior to KBP Foods, Rhonda worked as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Power Group Companies. Earlier in their career, they gained experience in restaurant management as a Restaurant Manager at Jefferson's Restaurant.
Throughout their career, Rhonda has consistently displayed a strong passion for people and a results-oriented mindset.
Rhonda Hohl, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Communications from The University of Kansas. Rhonda has also obtained additional certifications including SHRM-SCP from SHRM and SPHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
