Gavin Whitson

Gavin Whitson is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience in the senior living industry. Currently serving as a Recruiting Consultant at Legacy Senior Living since January 2024 and as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Dominion Senior Living since January 2022, Gavin has a proven track record in recruitment and personnel management. Previously held positions include Human Resources Manager at Dominion Group and Business Office Director at Everlan By Dominion. Additionally, Gavin worked as Program Director at YMCA, overseeing youth and adult programming while managing personnel in compliance with organizational policies. Gavin holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Leisure Management from East Tennessee State University, completed in 2016.
