Renita Carnes

Renita Carnes has been promoted to the Director of Culture and Training for Legacy Senior Living. Renita has served in numerous positions with Legacy, and was most recently the Senior Executive Director at Renaissance Marquis in Rome, Ga. She began her career with Renaissance Marquis in 2006 as the Resident Care Director, was quickly promoted to be the Marketing Director, and eventually became the Executive Director of that facility.

Renita has also previously held the position of team member training coordinator for Legacy, as well as served in a regional marketing position for the company.

In this position, she’ll visit all of the Legacy communities and will support the facilities in training new employees as well as retraining seasoned employees.

Renita and her husband, Tony, live in Rome, Ga., and enjoy riding motorcycles or spending time with family in their free time.
