Nicholas Vivaldi

Nicholas Vivaldi, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Nicholas started their career at Target, where they held various roles from Team Leader to Executive Team Leader. Nicholas then worked at CARQUEST as an Area Human Resources Manager before joining Ingram Micro as a Manager of Human Resources. After that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Tilson. Most recently, Nicholas worked at Trouw Nutrition as a Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Legacy Supply Chain.

Nicholas Vivaldi, SHRM-SCP obtained a BA in Human Resources from Indiana University Indianapolis from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Frankfurt International High School from 1985 to 1989. Nicholas also holds certifications as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci and as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, which they obtained in February 2019.
